Sheesley + Associates is committed to creating an integrity-based firm that delivers quality projects through a partnering project approach, which provides the flexibility to work with public and private clients and municipalities.

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. When she is not engineering the latest project, you can find her out in the barn riding, breeding, and showing Quarter Horses.
Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in planning, design, environmental management and permitting of civil projects for airports, highways, streets, site developments, and public / private survey management. She worked for Parker Surveying. an engineering and surveying firm, for six years, prior to purchasing the firm.
In 2014, Parker Surveying was purchased by Jennifer and became a certified PA-UCP W/MBE and certified PaDOT Business Partner. In 2018, the firm transitioned to Sheesley + Associates, growing quickly from a known surveying firm to additionally providing engineering and environmental services for both public and private sector clients.
Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and two boys. His weekends are typically spent on the ice or on the road coaching hockey and the other sports his boys play. He spends his free time watching Pittsburgh sports teams (including Penn State) and golfing.
With more than 25 years of civil and environmental engineering experience serving public and private sector clients across southwestern Pennsylvania, Michael has developed a strong reputation for innovative problem solving and client service. He brings his deep technical knowledge and commitment to leading engineering services for clients in the residential, commercial/retail, educational, industrial, institutional, municipal, and recreational developments sectors and the growth of Sheesley’s Pittsburgh office.
Michael brings local leadership and specialized stormwater management, infrastructure engineering, site design, and soil erosion and sedimentation control experience to his role as Director of Engineering. In addition to holding Professional Engineer licenses in Pennsylvania, he is also certified in Ohio, West Virginia, and Maryland.
Michael received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Currently he is a Board Member for the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Pittsburgh Chapter and Co-Chair of Sponsorship.

Outside of the office, David enjoys biking, skiing, kayaking, and road tripping in his Jeep to watch his five grandchildren’s high school and collegiate sporting events.
David has over 50 years of diversified engineering experience, primarily in planning, design, program management and construction management of airside, landside, and terminal projects globally.
He has an innate ability to solve complex engineering challenges. The Sheesley team enjoys and benefit from his expertise, leadership, and mentoring capabilities. Throughout his career, these skillsets have been highlighted on 100+ projects in the aviation industry, from $50,000 to $8B.
David received his Master of Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and Bachelor of Civil Engineering at Pennsylvania State University. He is a Past President of the American Society of Highway Engineers and Past Chair of the Airport Consultants Council Technical Committee.

Angie enjoys bird hunting with their family dog and shooting sporting clays. Her biggest honor is being a mom and making memories with her husband and daughter.
Angie is well organized and proactive at providing administrative support to the entire Sheesley team. She has the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize accordingly. Angie has helped Sheesley grow over the past few years by overseeing administrative needs for both internal and external requests. Self-motivated and results-driven, Angie is a dependable professional with over 10 years of administrative experience.
